Titanium dioxide type catalyst for sulfur recovery
The catalyst is prepared by kneading, extrusion, drying and roasting with active titanium dioxide as the main raw material and a small amount of additives.
Co***red with alumina based sulfur recovery catalyst, the catalyst is applied in sulfur recovery plant in petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry and natural gas purification. It has the following characteristics:
¡¤Higher catalytic activity for the hydrolysis of organic sulfide and the reaction of hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide.
¡¤Strong sulfation resistance
¡¤Claus activity and hydrolysis activity not affected by "leaked O2"
The catalyst is packed in hard board or iron barrel ,lined with plastic bag, with a net weight of 180 kg per barrel.
